Hong Kong's Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival Exhibition

From November 15th to 25th at China Exchange, London, the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival Exhibition took place, marking the the finale of Hong Kong's Intangible Cultural Heritage Festival. It showcased Cantonese opera, paper-crafting, and Hong Kong food culture.

For the opening, welcome remarks were made by representatives of Ming-Ai (London) Institute, Hong Kong's Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, and Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, London, while dim sum was kindly provided by Dumplings' Legend from London's Chinatown. The exhibition was held in tandem with public paper-crafting, Hong Kong milk tea, and dim sum workshops led by Master Kenneth Mo Cheuk-kei and Master Mok Pui Ling from Hong Kong and chefs from Dumplings' Legend and Golden Dragon resturants.

The event was supported by the Hong Kong’s Intangible Cultural Heritage Office, Lee Kum Kee (Europe) Ltd., Crowne Plaza London – the City, British Airways, The Good Earth, and Dumpling's Legend.
