Mr Shunkee Sze, originally from Hong Kong, has successively worked in Chinese restaurants and takeaways in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, London and other areas in Britain. Being expert in Cantonese cuisine, he also has the skills in cooking Western food. With 34 years of work experience in the catering industry in the UK, Mr Sze has witnessed the evolution of British Chinese food.
