Mr Andy Kwok's father Holland Kwok has been in the restaurant business since the 1950s, so Andy has always been surrounded by Chinese food and the noise of busy kitchens. After a brief stint at Pret a Manger and Wagamama, he joined his father at The Good Earth Group in 2000, and by then they had grown the business to three restaurants, and three fast food outlets. In 2002, Andy helped develop their Central Kitchen, initially to serve their own internal requirements, but they have since obtained EFSIS accreditation, and are now suppliers to other business such as Center Parcs and Sheraton Hotels. Currently The Good Earth Group is in the process of renovations to open their fourth restaurant.
